UTURN Last Night

Biblical Fellowship
Our friends should provide 4 things:
  • Security - Romans 12:5
  • Support - 1 Thes. 5:11
  • Sharpening - Prov. 27:17
  • Strength - Ecc. 4:12

Test #1 Look at your friends, do they provide the four things(if not, they're not really friends)

Test #2 Do you provide these four things for your friends(if not, you're not a real friend)

True Biblical fellowship happens when we are truly connected but not inward focused. Rather our relationships will add security(a place to be ourselves), support(a place to be encouraged), sharpening(loving honest correction and accountability), and strength(chord of three not easily broken/standing together). True Biblical fellowship will also in an offering this to others and not becoming an "Us Four No More" clique. Cliques are natural, we however need to realize that God calls us to be outward focused and not just looking in to those in whom we are most comfortable.

I hope you'll join us next week for our Last Ever UTURN Wednesday Night! We also meet every Sunday at 9:45 AM in the TCS Portables. Please join us as we continue to Urge non-believing students to Trust Christ, Unite with other disciples to Recognize how God has gifted them to live a No-compromise life in Jesus.

Parents don't forget about the first Family Gathering, Wednesday September 3, doors open at 7:30 in the Worship Center. This is the first of seven Worship times we'll offer this school year for you and your kids.
