Week 4; Day 5 Exodus 16:31-36

How do we perserve the the blessing of the Lord in our life? In this passage they took the phyisical manna and "fill(ed) and omer with it". They did this twice. One for the generations to remember, and Moses and Aaron lay it before the Lord as an offering.
What does this mean to us? How has God provided for you in the past?
These are the things we are to celebrate and remember. We as families need to sit and count our blessings together. There will be times that will get hard and we will need something to remind us in those times that God is still in control.
Our "Family Gatherings" are such times. We intend these to be a time of worship and sharing. This is for the purpose of placing our manna in a jar so that we will remember what God has done in our lives.

This month, as you continue to share with your family and your small groups, remember what God is doing in your life. Come November 5, ready to share those things and let's lift them up to God together.
